South Beach
Have you ever tried the south beach diet?
I have tried counting calories, and it doesn’t work for me. I hate limiting myself. But my husband and I are wanting to make a lifestyle change and try the south beach diet. Do you know someone who it has worked for? What other suggestions do you have?
Might work, I think you should try Atkins first though, its like south beach but people lose quicker on atkins.
I do it as a vegetraian but meat eaters lose just as quickly =] do some research on google about it, trust me, its worth it.
